Your tasks:

• Head of of the After Sales Department: Customer Service, Finance, Order Management and Logistics
• Support of the fulfillment processes
• Planning, controlling and further development of the after sales area
• Coordination and control of external service providers
• Process optimization & documentation of workflows
• Onboarding of new customers into the Afters Sales areas

Your profile:

• You have a university degree, e.g. in the fields of e-commerce, economics or a comparable education
• You have several years of professional experience in the e-commerce environment and have after sales and project management know-how
• Strong analytical thinking, structured and team-oriented working methods as well as a high degree of flexibility are your characteristics
• Your open personality makes you appear convincing and have strong domain expertise
• You are a team player and enjoy what you do

• Checking and securing the relevant processes
• Creation of process documentation and evaluations
• Processing and handling of various administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

You’re a PHP ace and know plenty about modern object-oriented programming in PHP. Is that you? Splendid. Are you also proficient at unit testing, and do you excel in continuous integration, getting stuck in with complex Web applications without batting an eyelid? That’s great. If you also offer experience with Symfony2 or a comparable framework, then you may well be the person we’re looking for.

As software developer, you’ll join our team to develop new and existing modules for our e-commerce and big data application using design patterns and unit tests. You are at your happiest when analysing, designing and implementing complex development tasks, but creating technical documentation is also a matter of course and you have no difficulty with this.
